LeapForward™ is a two-day leadership program that equips leaders at all levels of experience to adopt and model the behaviours, processes and habits that make for engaged, high-performing employees.

Three learning pillars form the foundation of the LeapForward™ program. Each pillar is designed to equip leaders with essential skills and strategies that drive personal growth, foster effective team relationships, and align leadership actions with organizational success. Inclusive & Inspiring Leadership
This pillar emphasizes the importance of humanity and humility in effective leadership. Leaders will explore aspects of brain science, human connection, and resilience. Participants will gain understanding of their role in learning and leading everyday actions through a foundation of diversity, equity, and inclusion. By enhancing their self- awareness, leaders can lead with greater intention and impact, increasing empowerment and contribution.
Communicate for
Engagement & Performance
Clarity, consistency, and follow-through are essential to being a leader others want to follow. This pillar focuses on communicating with vision and purpose, leading with integrity and respect, and demonstrating consistency and commitment. Participants will gain tools to navigate feedback, tough conversations, and empower with coaching.
Strategic Leadership
By integrating the objectives learned throughout this program, leaders gain the tools necessary to achieve performance. Participants will learn to create the conditions for accountability, support individuals through their personal response to changes, build trust and enhance teamwork. By bringing all elements together, leaders will drive long-term success and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within their organizations.
Maximize return on investment
As part of LeapForward™, participants taking the program through their organization receive two practical coaching sessions designed to reinforce development and the discovery of new insights.
These leadership coaching sessions support the adoption of the practices and skills gained through this program, ensuring return on investment for the individual and the organization.
