Reporting to the Board of Directors and supported by the Executive Leadership team, the President & Chief Executive Officer will build on the organization’s strong foundation by fostering a unified culture, advancing digital capabilities, pursuing strategic growth opportunities, and positioning ONE Insurance for continued long-term success within an evolving insurance marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to achieve ONE Insurance’s vision, long-term objectives, and sustainable growth strategy.
• Lead the continued integration and evolution of ONE Insurance’s culture, fostering collaboration, accountability, engagement, and a shared organizational identity.
• Identify and execute strategic growth opportunities, including acquisitions, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
• Lead the organization’s digital evolution by advancing technology, automation, artificial intelligence, and process improvements that enhance both the client and employee experience.
• Build and develop a high-performing Executive Leadership Team while fostering succession planning, leadership development, and organizational capability.
• Ensure strong financial performance through effective planning, resource stewardship, performance measurement, and disciplined execution.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with employees, customers, carriers, brokers, regulators, industry associations, shareholders, and community partners, serving as an ambassador for ONE Insurance.
• Foster a transparent and collaborative relationship with the Board of Directors by providing strategic advice, sound governance support, and timely communication to enable informed decision-making.
• Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and organizational resilience while ensuring operational excellence and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Progressive executive leadership experience, preferably as a CEO or in a senior executive role with enterprise-wide responsibility.
• Experience in insurance brokerage, financial services, or a similar regulated industry.
• Demonstrated success leading organizational growth, strategic planning, and business transformation.
• Experience leading organizations through mergers, acquisitions, or organizational integration is considered an asset.
• Strong financial and business acumen, including experience managing organizational performance and sustainable profitability.
• Demonstrated success building high-performing leadership teams, developing talent, and strengthening organizational culture.
• Experience working effectively with a Board of Directors and operating within a strong governance framework.
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility across a broad range of internal and external audiences.
• A post-secondary degree in business or a related field is required. An MBA or equivalent executive education is considered an asset.
