Sue Tardi
President & Founder
Sue helps business leaders and their teams achieve transformative results by aligning people, culture, and strategy with business objectives.
Her wealth of experience, unwavering focus on results, and radical commitment to empathy in the workplace make her a uniquely capable leader and strategist. For thirty years, Sue has specialized in empowering executive teams in private, public, and not-for-profit organizations in the areas of professional services, human resources, and technology.
A results-driven C-level executive known for dynamic leadership, deep strategic acumen, and exceptional relationship-building skills. Prior to founding Leaps&Bounds, Sue was Senior Vice President and Group Head, Human Resource Solutions at People Corporation. Sue is an executive coach and ACC accredited through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and holds several assessment certifications including EQ-i 2.0 and EQ-360.
Amanda Leuschen
Vice President, Leadership & Learning
Amanda drives business growth, delivers exceptional client outcomes, and shapes thought leadership initiatives.
She’s a relationship and culture builder, coach and strategic advisor known for her thoughtful connection, innovative perspective, and ability to simplify the complex. We are excited that Amanda will bring her unique complement of expertise, experience and approach to Leaps&Bounds clients.
A respected senior leader with over a decade of experience developing diverse, high-performing teams, Amanda is a thoughtful communicator known for engaging and empowering employees at all levels. Most recently, Amanda was at United Way Winnipeg where she spent time as Vice President, Strategic Partnerships & Philanthropy and People & Culture Strategist, both with a focus on change, transformation, and innovation.
Prior to that, Amanda spent over a decade at Apple leading and developing high-performing teams, training employees across North America, and innovating new diversity, equity, and inclusion practices in recruitment and employee engagement. Amanda also fostered vibrant connections, expansive educational opportunities, and impactful volunteer initiatives as Co-Chair of Pride at Apple Canada.
Amanda is a certified leadership coach through Destination Leadership and she holds both a Bachelor of English degree and a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Winnipeg. She has also completed numerous leadership programs including Workplace Mental Health Leadership, Situational Leadership, and Community Shift through the Ivey Academy at Ivey Business School.
Edna Wollf
Vice President, Consulting
Edna is an executive leader with over 25 years of experience in total rewards and compensation, organizational development, business transformation, people operations, and leadership coaching.
She brings a strategic and people-centered approach to her work, helping organizations evolve through growth, change, and continuous improvement. Throughout her career, Edna has partnered with diverse clients across multiple sectors, offering expertise in HR planning, process optimization, leadership development, and aligning organizational structures with business goals. With a passion for strong organizational partnerships, Edna brings a holistic perspective to clients through value-added solutions that drive sustainable success.
Edna is certified in DiSC, EQ-i 2.0, EQ 360, and MBTI, and is also an accredited speaker, trainer, and coach. She holds a diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Manitoba and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Prior to joining Leaps&Bounds, Edna held senior leadership roles most recently as Vice President of HR at Activate Games. She is also engaged in the business community through volunteerism, speaking engagements, and collaborative consulting.
Deanna Lanoway
Vice President, Operations
Deanna brings nearly three decades of executive and consulting experience across corporate and not-for-profit organizations to her role as Vice President, Operations.
Her career spans senior leadership roles in operations, strategy, programs, business development, and consulting, giving her a practical, systems-level understanding of how organizations grow, adapt, and perform. She is known for her ability to translate strategy into action, build high-performing teams, and deliver measurable results in complex and changing environments.
In her past executive roles leading large, multi-disciplinary consulting and operational portfolios, Deanna has held full P&L accountability, driven significant revenue growth, and overseen large-scale programs and transformations. Her experience includes leading strategic planning, organizational design, change management, governance, and operational optimization initiatives, as well as working closely with boards, executive teams, governments, and funders. She has built and scaled teams, launched new service lines and methodologies, and led organizations through periods of growth, restructuring, and market disruption.
At Leaps&Bounds, Deanna focuses on strategic and client-facing operational excellence, partnering with organizations to strengthen execution, structure, and performance in alignment with business strategy.
Leveraging an MBA and a background in psychology, Deanna brings a distinctive blend of strategic insight and human-centered leadership. She is formally trained and certified in executive coaching, leading strategic change, remote and distributed leadership, and organizational culture and leadership assessment tools. Passionate about aligning people, structure, and strategy, Deanna helps organizations achieve more – together – than they ever could on their own.
Connie Walker, MBA, O.M.
Vice President, Strategy
With a proven track record of leadership across various sectors, Connie excels at building authentic relationships and fostering collaboration.
Her thoughtful and warm approach unites teams, pushing them to achieve their best for both their organizations and their communities.
Before joining Leaps & Bounds Consulting, Connie served as President and CEO of United Way Winnipeg for eight years, where she spent a total of thirteen years. Prior to that, she led the Strategic Management Division in the CAO’s office at the City of Winnipeg for ten years, bringing forward innovative and effective strategies.
Connie is highly respected for her ability to navigate complex environments with confidence, and her dedication to expanding our strategy practice and leadership programs will play a crucial role in Leaps & Bounds’ continued growth. We’re thrilled to have her expertise and passion on our team.
Kate Alport Wood
Executive Consultant
Kate is a strategic leader and certified coach based in Regina, SK, known for her ability to turn vision into meaningful, measurable action.
With more than 15 years of experience in organizational development, change leadership, and facilitation, she helps leaders and teams align around what matters most and move forward with confidence.
Kate has spent the past five years running her own consulting and coaching practice, partnering with organizations across sectors to lead strategic planning, culture refresh initiatives, performance management redesign, and stakeholder engagement. She is recognized for her ability to quickly build trust, simplify complexity, and create environments where dialogue drives meaningful outcomes.
Previously, Kate held senior roles at ISM Canada, where she led organizational development and change programs. Her earlier work at Farm Credit Canada strengthened her expertise in assessing organization-wide initiatives and guiding leaders through transformation.
A certified coach with the International Coaching Federation, Kate brings an empathetic, people-centred approach to every engagement. Her ability to blend strategic insight with thoughtful facilitation is a tremendous asset to Leaps&Bounds and the clients we serve.
Justin Beaudry
Executive Consultant
Justin is a leadership consultant and executive coach based in Manitoba who works with leaders to navigate change, strengthen accountability, and make meaningful progress when things feel complex or uncertain.
With more than 20 years of experience across leadership development, operations, and organizational change, Justin partners with leaders and teams to improve how they communicate, make decisions, and follow through. His work is grounded in real-world leadership experience and focused on helping people turn good intentions into practical action.
Justin has held senior operational roles supporting leaders of leaders, translating strategy into execution, and guiding organizations through periods of significant change. These experiences shape his approach today—practical, relatable, and focused on what actually works inside busy, imperfect organizations.
As a coach and facilitator, Justin is known for creating spaces where honest conversations can happen without the pressure to have everything figured out. He has a knack for simplifying complexity, asking thoughtful questions, and bringing just enough levity into the room to keep the work grounded and human.
Certified in Change Management, Leadership Styles and Climate, and multiple psychometric assessments—including PRINT® and DiSC—Justin brings a coaching-centred, people-focused approach to every engagement. Ainsley Smith
Senior Consultant & Director, Marketing & Product Development
Ainsley brings empathy, insight and over a decade of experience in the human resources space to her role as a Senior Consultant.
Through years spent supporting individuals in career transition, she has extensive experience working alongside clients to craft accomplishment-based resumes, upgrade LinkedIn profiles for visibility, and develop job search strategies. She has also created and facilitated engaging training content and program resources designed to help individuals navigate change with confidence. Drawing on her education in Human Resources from the University of Manitoba and more than five years as part of HR teams, she brings a practical understanding of organizational needs and people practices to her work.
As Director, Marketing & Product Development, Ainsley leads Leaps&Bounds Consulting’s marketing function and leverages her creativity and project management expertise to develop tools, processes, and programs that align with our commitment to empowering organizations to thrive. Her team approach is rooted in empathy, guided by strategy, and fueled by the belief that being authentically human allows genuine connection and influence, creating the biggest impact and achieving the best results.
Myles Senecal
Consultant & Business Development Manager
As a Consultant, Myles brings recent experience working on both strategic planning and HR projects, supporting the Leaps&Bounds team in creating meaningful outcomes for clients.
He contributes to project coordination, client engagement, and collaboration across teams. Leveraging his DiSC certification, Myles also supports leadership development initiatives.
In his role as Business Development Manager, Myles leverages over nine years in service-oriented industries to build and sustain long-term client partnerships. Known for delivering exceptional client experience, he combines his extensive background in customer service with proven leadership skills. Prior to joining Leaps&Bounds, Myles held a leadership role at Bison Transport, where he oversaw multiple divisions, managed planning teams and drivers, and developed people and processes to support operational excellence.
Myles holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Winnipeg and brings his passion for team development, client success, and continuous improvement to every engagement.
