We believe that success isn’t just about performance, it’s about purpose. This year, our sense of purpose took on new energy as we launched our first-ever United Way campaign as a company.

We kicked things off in September by volunteering at the United Way Plane Pull, an inspiring event that reminded us how much stronger we are when we pull together (literally and figuratively!). Giving back has always been part of who we are and we believe that supporting our communities strengthens not only those around us, but also the bonds within our team. Every gift, every hour, and every act of kindness adds up to something powerful.

As part of our campaign, Leaps&Bounds is also introducing a corporate match program to double the impact of every team member’s contribution. We believe that generosity has no minimum – every dollar counts, and now, every dollar goes twice as far.
